CIC designates10 paid holidays each year:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King's Birthday
- President's Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day After Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
Paid Vacation Time
- After one complete year of employment - 1 week with pay.
- After two complete years of employment - 2 weeks with pay.
- After five complete years of employment - 3 weeks with pay.
Paid Sick Time
Employees are allowed up to five sick days annually with pay, after one year of service.
Health/Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance
After three months of employment, all full-time employees are eligible for individual health insurance, major medical, dental insurance, vision care and prescription plan. The majority of these costs are paid for by the Company.
Life Insurance
After three months of employment, all full-time employees are eligible for coverage at Company expense for a $25,000 life insurance policy.
Disability Insurance
After three months of employment, all full-time employees are eligible to participate in a disability plan administered by the Company and funded by the individual employee's contribution.
401(K) /Profit-Sharing Plan
After one year of employment, all eligible employees may participate in a Company-sponsored 401(K) Retirement Plan. This comprehensive Retirement Plan includes both a profit-sharing component as well as an employee contribution matching component.
Tuition Assistance
All full-time employees are eligible for 50% reimbursement of tuition costs for courses contributing to their professional growth as relates to their particular job. CIC will contribute up to $500 per employee per year for this purpose.
Employee Discount Purchase Plan
Employees may purchase products sold by CIC at cost plus a nominal handling charge.
